Where are you based, and do you travel for events?

Majestic Memories is based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, but we are available for events across the Netherlands and beyond. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside Zuid-Holland.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for major events like weddings. For smaller sessions, 2-4 weeks ahead is ideal to secure your preferred date.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day.

  • Event Photography/Videography: Varies depending on the event but typically 4-10 hours.
  • Weddings: Custom packages based on the event schedule.
How soon will I receive my photos and videos?
  • Photos: Delivered within 2-4 weeks.
  • Videos: Edited cinematic films take 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity.
    We ensure high-quality post-production editing and will notify you if extra time is needed.
How will I receive my final photos/videos?
  • You will receive a private online gallery for digital downloads.
  • For larger events, we also offer USB delivery upon request.
Can I request custom edits or special effects?

Absolutely! We provide professional color grading, retouching, and cinematic enhancements. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll tailor your visuals accordingly.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session.
Can I request a private, no-publication policy for my photos?

Yes, we respect your privacy. If you prefer that your images/videos are not shared on social media or portfolio galleries, simply inform us at the time of booking.
